The 11,300 SF, three-story building originally served as the lodge for the Hattiesburg chapter of the International Order of the Odd Fellows. The building was originally a two-story structure until the locally renowned architect, Robert E. Lee, designed a third story to serve as the meeting room for the club.  The building was rehabilitated in 2010 to house art galleries, reception and performance space, and apartments.
